Creating a Lead Profile
- To begin, access the Lead Menu by selecting "Leads" from the left sidebar.
- In the "Actions" section, choose the option for "Add New Lead"
- Complete the required information for the Contact Details and Lead Details
- Select "Create New" to Save
If utilizing the quick menu, as shown in the video tutorial, make sure to expand the "More Details" section and fill out all fields in the form completely. Failure to specify the Main Area of Interest may result in the exclusion from any automated lead follow-up campaigns.
Update a Client or Lead Name
If a typo was made during the initial entry of the contact’s name, it may persist even after you update the contact’s information. Here’s how to correct it:
- Navigate to the Client or Lead Profile and scroll down to the General Details section.
- Click on the “Edit” option located under the “General” section.
- Update the Client or Lead Name in this section, and the change will be reflected at the "Master" level of the profile page.
