Lead to Evaluation: Step-by-Step
The article provides a step-by-step guide for admins to schedule an evaluation with a lead, including filling in lead and contact details, adding dogs, booking an appointment, and confirming the evaluation date and time. It also explains how to edit the evaluation appointment length if necessary.
Admin Scheduling Evaluation

Navigate to the Leads tab

In the right-hand panel, choose Add New Lead

Enter Contact Information
- Enter Lead Details
- First name, last name, mobile phone, email
- File As will autofill when first and last name under contact details is filled out
- Account Owner - Who is the evaluator?
- Campaign - How did they hear about us?
- Referred by
- Main area of interest - Drop down menu
- Tell us how we can help you - Training goals
- Billing Address
- Location title - Home, PO Box etc
- Address - Client’s home address
- Select ‘Create New’

Include any relevant 'flagged notes'

Add dogs by clicking ‘Add New Dog’ (multiple dogs can be added)
- Complete dog details

Once you have completed the necessary dog details, click on ‘Book Appointment’ to schedule the evaluation.
- Select ‘Continue’

Choose the dog(s) to be serviced before clicking continue
- Select date/time
- Select confirm
- Add pertinent notes to the appointment summary

If the lead desires an earlier date than the one scheduled, review the ‘Cancellation List’

The list can be found in the Calendar tab under the ‘Earlier Opening Requests’ section.

If it's a referral, tick the box and enter the name of the person who referred them.
- Select date/time

Press ‘OK’ on the final prompt to officially schedule the evaluation.

An automatic confirmation email will be dispatched once you click OK.
Need to adjust the length of the Evaluation Appointment? Go to the “Scheduling Wizard” (found under “Book Appointment”) and choose 'Customize Duration'.
