Setting Appointment Durations

Set appropriate appointment lengths to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. Analyze factors like service type, location, and staff availability, to tailor appointment durations for maximum productivity.

  • To begin, access the settings by selecting "Business Unit" from the left sidebar.
  • In the "Operational Settings" section, choose the option for "Zones"
  • Choose a specific zone to access its settings.
  • Within the Zone Settings, designate the duration of appointments (0.5, 1.0) for each category (Basic Obedience, Puppy, Behavior Modification).

Adjusting the appointment duration will automatically apply to the Evaluation Appointment. When utilizing the "Online Booking Feature," please note that online bookings will mirror the set duration accordingly.
