Setting Business Unit Operating Hours

Learn how to effectively manage operating hours for your Vonigo business unit, ensuring optimal scheduling efficiency and customer service alignment.

 

  • To begin, access the settings by selecting "Business Unit" from the left sidebar.
  • In the "Employees" section, choose the option for "Operating Hours"
  • Adjust the hours as needed and click on "Update" to confirm and save the changes
