Calls should be recorded each time you reach out to a lead. This practice is essential for effectively managing the follow-up process and ensuring consistent communication with potential clients.
- From the lead profile, navigate to the bottom of the page to find the section labeled “Calls.”
- Select “Add New Call” and enter relevant details about the call, such as notes indicating the outcome (e.g., “Contacted, left voicemail”). The client information is auto-populated.
- Select the “Record Call” button to save the details of your conversation.
