Locate an Active or Inactive Lead in your Vonigo System
This article provides guidance on finding active, inactive, and priority leads within your system. It explains how to use search functions and filters to easily identify leads based on their status.
Active Leads
- Click on the 'Leads' tab located in the left-hand navigation panel.
- Utilize the search bar at the top to find the lead you are looking for.
A lead can be searched using various identifiers, including first name, last name, email address, phone number, address, or even the name of their dog.
Inactive Leads
- Click on the 'Leads' tab located in the left-hand navigation panel.
- In the 'status' column, you can toggle the view to display inactive leads, or alternatively, click on 'More Views' for the option to select ‘Inactive Leads’ to pull up a full list of only inactive leads
View Priority Leads
- To view priority leads, navigate to the "Leads" section in the left-hand menu.
- Then, click on "More Views" located in the right-hand menu and select "All Leads."
This action will display the priority column, allowing you to easily identify and manage your priority leads.
